Care: We do our best to provide a high-quality product, but please take care of your jewellery.  Treat it gently, as some materials can be fragile.  Store with care and avoid direct sunlight and water. Also, please keep out of the hands of small children and pets.

Individuality: Due to all of the jewellery made from natural stones there may be some natural variations in the precious stones used. Each of our pieces is unique.

♥ Sizing & Fit: Our bracelets fit a medium to large wrist. Please advise if you feel you have a smaller or larger wrist and we will be happy to adjust accordingly.

Shipping: We aim to ship all Items within 48 hours by 1st Class Royal Mail. Any shipping outside the UK will be Royal Mail First Class International Air Mail and may take longer for delivery, and we are not responsible for customs clearance delay. On international orders, the recipient is responsible for payment of any applicable duties, taxes and other fees. Please contact your Customs office for information on duties and taxes.

Packaging: All of our items will come in a BLESSED gift box.

Returns:  At BLESSED, we hope you are delighted with your purchase!  However, if your purchase does not meet your expectations, please send an e-mail to blessedinlondon@gmail.com to arrange to mail the unused items within two weeks of receipt for an exchange or refund.

Faulty Items: We take every effort to ensure that all goods have the highest quality. If your item is faulty within two weeks of receipt, please email us at blessedinlondon@gmail.com to arrange for a replacement or refund.
